For boudoir sessions and other sensitive photography, we take additional care in handling and delivering client galleries. Clients may request private gallery settings where available through our gallery platform.

Showit — Our website is hosted and operated using Showit. Information submitted through our website may be processed through the website and its connected services.

Dubsado — We use Dubsado for client relationship management, inquiries, forms, contracts, scheduling, invoices, and other business communications.

Stripe — We may use Stripe to process credit card and other electronic payments. Payment information may be processed directly by Stripe rather than being stored by KC Photography. Stripe maintains its own privacy practices governing information processed through its services.

PayPal — We may offer PayPal as a payment option. When you choose PayPal, your information is processed according to PayPal's privacy practices.

Pic-Time — We use Pic-Time to host and deliver client photography galleries and, where applicable, facilitate photography products and related services. Information and photographs provided through a client gallery may be processed by Pic-Time in order to provide these services.

Canva — We may use Canva to create business and client-facing materials. Information is only provided to Canva when necessary for the materials or services being created. Canva maintains its own privacy practices governing information processed through its platform.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Tiktok – advertising and analytics.

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies and terms of service. KC Photography, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services outside our control.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
When you make a payment, your payment may be processed through Stripe or PayPal.

We do not intentionally collect or store your full credit card number, security code, or other complete payment credentials on our own systems. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own security and privacy practices.
